Suicide is a second major cause of death among the persons aged 10 – 24 years in the United States. The suicide rates are increasing globally among youngsters of age 14 to 30 years. There is a sudden rise in suicide attempts . In fact, from 2000 to 2007, the suicide rate among ages 10 to 24 years and it fluctuated around 6.8 deaths per 100,000 people. Then, the graph went upward, and a rate increases to 10.6 deaths per 100,000 by 2017 . 56% increases in two decades.

𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬:
When it comes to tell you about the causes of suicide, there are several causes but some of important are discussed here.According to the Centers for Disease
Control (CDC) and Prevention the causes of suicides are:
*𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡:
The main cause of suicide is mental health which includes many other diseases which are following:

_𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 :

Depression is severe medical illness . If you are depressed and among in approximately 19 million teens and adults in the United States who have depression. Some symptoms are:
_Feeling sad or alone even though you have many people
_Loss of interest in favourite activities.
_Loss of appetite or gain of appetite
_Feeling tired and all that.

_𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲:
It is the stage when you can’t control your impulses and do everything without thinking its harmful effects .

_𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬:
Things which can trigger your anger are breakup in relationships, family problems , financial issues and self obsession.

_𝐀𝐧𝐱𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲:
Anxiety disorder is a disease which is termed as (GAD) generalized anxiety disorder which includes extreme fear or worry and many phobias .We can also include bullying and ragging in it which is related to fear .

_𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦:
It is the rare cause of suicide in the whole world .Many people use alcohol as self medication but in fact, it is damaging your health and weakening your roots and it is the mother of depression. When you abuse alcohol at that time you think that it is helping you to get out of depression but the bitter truth which Is not accepted by people is that it is the one which is throwing you in a pool of depression which results in anxiety and suicide.

*𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬:
There are many symptoms related to this topic but some important are Mood swings , long – term sadness , sudden anger , sudden calmness , sleep problems , cutdown with family and loved ones , change in behavior or personality , self – harm attempt as a preparation attempt , threatening or talking about suicide etc.

But I just want to tell you that Life is a gift of God . As God gives you a life obviously there would be a natural death .So , don’t try to harm yourself and enjoy a given gift and spend it in creating a wonderful journey . And don’t get depressed there are many other beneficial things than that . There are both good and bad people . But remember everyone has one good thing in them .So, ignore bad thing and appreciate good thing.So,live and irritate people.
